Salons, clinics and studios lose bookings to messages nobody answered in time. Slot Reply connects to a business’s own WhatsApp number and answers the routine questions — opening hours, services, prices, availability — in its voice, around the clock, and hands anything it cannot answer to a person.
How it works
Four steps
A business connects its own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s Embedded Signup. From that point its customers keep messaging the same number they always have — the difference is that somebody always answers.
Connect WhatsApp
The business signs in with Facebook and picks the WhatsApp Business Account it wants answered. No developer account, no access tokens, no webhooks to configure.
Teach the assistant
Opening hours, services and prices, location, the questions customers always ask. This is the only information the assistant is allowed to answer from.
It starts replying
Customer messages arrive in a shared inbox. The assistant drafts a reply from what the business configured and sends it from the business's own number.
A human steps in
Anything it cannot confidently answer — a complaint, a cancellation, an unusual request — is flagged for the owner instead of guessed at.
The assistant
Written by AI,answerable to the owner.
Replies are drafted by a large language model from the information the business entered, then sent from that business’s own WhatsApp number. The owner can take over any conversation at any time, and every message stays visible in the dashboard.
It never invents
The assistant answers only from the business information the owner entered. If a price or a policy is not there, it hands the conversation to a person rather than making one up.
Isolated per business
Every account is provisioned its own database rather than sharing rows behind a tenant column, so one business's conversations cannot be read from another's connection.
Credentials encrypted
The access token that lets us message on a business's behalf is encrypted at rest, never exposed to the browser, and deleted the moment the number is disconnected.
